Introduction
Opened in 2005, SV Cuisine is one of the most successful Vietnamese Cuisine in National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU) and Temasek Polytechnic (TP); serving hearty and healthy Vietnamese cuisine to Vietnamese, Singaporean, and international people alike. Offering authentic, delicious and healthy Vietnamese dishes like "Pho" Beef Noodle, Grilled pork with dry noodles and salads and other popular items, SV Cuisine has brought the taste of Vietnam to NUS, SMU, TP for everyone to enjoy. Prior to that, we were successful with the start-up in The Terrace canteen (NUS Business School) which becomes established nowadays.
Vietnamese cuisine uses a healthy combination of vegetables, carbohydrates, and protein combined with delicious spices and herbs to create some of the most famous and renowned dishes of Southeast Asia. SV Cuisine has been working hard to create dishes that match different tastes at reasonable prices. That has made us well-known to not only the students, faculties but also visitors of NUS, SMU, TP. We pride ourselves on our fresh ingredients, unique Vietnamese cooking secretes, and healthy and hearty dishes enjoyed by a wide range of customers.
